At Neuman Aqua we have an experienced and dedicated in-house servicing department which operates a wide range of support tailored to each service contract, ensuring that the specific site requirements are met regionally, nationally and internationally based on the individual needs of the customer.

Regular service and maintenance is essential to ensure that your indoor or outdoor pool, spa or waterpark is running at its optimum.

With over 25 years of experience, our trained team of engineers are dedicated to providing an outstanding quality of service to ensure your pool is operating at its optimum. All our service engineers are members of the ISPE, Pool Plant Operator qualified, confined space trained and manufacture specific trained.

Maintenance plans are available for pools (residential, domestic and commercial), spas & leisure attractions. Summarisation and winterisation services are also available.

In addition to our experienced engineers, we operate a bespoke field service management system to efficiently manage scheduling and job tasks for customers. From service to sales, our priority is to communicate with our customers, tracking and completing jobs efficiently. All vans are fitted with an effective tracking system, enabling precise location and deployment of the nearest engineer in any emergency.

Additionally, we operate a weekend call-out service, which provides a dedicated line to put the client directly in touch with the "on-call" engineer.
