St James's was a historic development of a grade II listed building converting it into eight apartments with a spa and swimming pool.

Neuman Aqua was responsible for the design, supply and build of the swimming pool and the spa package, working alongside one of the industry's leading consultants. This included the filtration, structure, tiling, lights, all hand and grab rails, a concrete formed massage bench supplying hydrotherapy jets for bathers back and calf areas, with the inclusion of an air bubbler at floor level, offering an additional experience. A larger main pool section, which utilises the main pool water treatment plant at a warmer temperature, provides the opportunity for general relaxation as well as a 3 tier massage station for bathers who wish to relax in a vertical manner.
