Positioned on the old Chelsea Barracks Site, Neuman Aqua undertook the design and build for Phase 4 for a 25m lap pool, vitality pool with custom stainless steel loungers and air bubblerseats, as well as four heat experience rooms (2 saunas & 2 steam rooms).

Neuman Aqua’s scope consisted of sprayed concrete shells, associated infill, water treatment systems, tiling package including the surround and drainage, mobility hoist, gas detection system and the bespoke heat experience install. The large Vitality pool was also enhanced with a relaxing water wall feature.

The steam rooms consisted of sandblasted stone flooring and honed limestone for the benches and a polished plaster ceiling with under bench LED lighting. The Saunas were finished with natural Aspen timber slats and all the latest technology to the high end consultants specification.
